What Made the Difference?
The Problem: Training Hard, Eating Light
Taylor didn’t lack effort. He was lifting consistently and doing the right movements — but his results weren’t reflecting his input.
The missing piece? Nutrition.
He wasn’t fuelling his body to grow. And like many lean guys, he’d get full fast, skip meals without noticing, or hit random calorie totals day to day.
So we took over, applying a very deliberate — and slightly unconventional — approach.

The Strategy: Metabolic Reset → Strategic Surplus
Before pushing calories up, we did something most wouldn’t expect:
We dropped them.
Why?
To "crash" and reset his metabolism, improve insulin sensitivity, and create a stronger anabolic response when we reintroduced food.
Then came the push.
Over the next few months, we:

Kept protein high and digestion-friendly

Focused on calorie-dense, easy-to-eat meals

Monitored biofeedback weekly and adjusted as needed
It wasn’t always easy — appetite, digestion, and energy had to be managed carefully. But Taylor committed. And the scale started climbing.

The Result: From 68kg → 82kg (and Stronger Than Ever)
Taylor is now sitting at a solid 82kg, with:
